Choose professionals who consistently show up and deliver quality care with Reliability Score
With our updated Reliability Score, you can see exactly how dependable independent professionals have been over the past 12 months. The score is refreshed daily to reflect real-time performance, ensuring you always have the most accurate information.
Completed shifts enhance scores, while actions that are disruptive to care delivery, such as last-minute cancellations, lower them.
Reliability Score gives you the confidence to quickly steer clear of independent professionals with inconsistent track records—so you can choose to focus on those who help deliver consistent, quality care.
Keep in mind that independent professionals new to the platform will not yet have a Reliability Score. That doesn’t mean they’re not reliable! Our data shows that 49% of people using our platform have more than 10 years of healthcare experience.
Get insight into past experiences with Ratings and Endorsements
Our Ratings and Endorsements layer personal recommendations onto the Reliability Score, showcasing the independent professionals your peers trust most. Here’s how they work.
Ratings
An independent professional’s rating is an average calculated from all ratings they’ve received. One star is the minimum possible rating, and five stars is the maximum rating.
If the independent professional hasn’t received at least three ratings, they won’t have an overall rating. This doesn’t mean they’re unreliable, just that they don’t have enough facility ratings to warrant an overall rating.
Endorsements
Facilities that have rated an independent professional four or five stars can endorse independent professionals in one or more of these categories:
- Accurate charting
- Communicated well
- Patient care
- On time
- Collaborated well
Engage professionals your team and residents love with Favorites
Our Favorites feature makes it easy for your entire team to re-engage independent professionals you know and trust. You can instantly identify each preferred professional by the green heart (💚) next to their name, which helps you prioritize their shift requests, speed up the decision making process, and ensure continuity of care for your residents.
Our Favorites feature works in concert with Direct Connect, SAMI, Admin Assist and Cancellation Recovery, tools that make it possible to automatically engage preferred independent professionals when they request shifts.
